What is the maximum occupancy?

The maximum occupancy for our rental is 18 guests.

Is there parking available?

Yes, lots. There is one covered space in the carport area and lots of space in the drive way area.

What amenities are included?

Private pool, hot tub, high speed Wifi 6 Internet with streaming (Netflix, Disney+), beach chairs, grill.

Electric Vehicle Charging? How does that work?

There is a HomeFlex Level 2 EV Charger J1772 in the carport area. Just plug in and charge. Tesla vehicles can charge using a Tesla adapter, not included. Bring your own adapter.

How far is the beach?

The closes beach access is at the Perch beach access point, four houses to the south and across the street. There is handicapped accessible beach access across from the lighthouse, less than two miles away.
